This fully automatic case packing solution combines cardboard blank erecting, packing, and sealing into one machine. The integrated case former shapes flat cardboards (die-cut) into cases before packing products inside, thereby reducing packaging costs. 

This all-in-one solution is ideal for delicate products like trays with lids and cardboard cheese boxes, ensuring product safety and optimizing storage space. The wrap-around case packer tightly secures cases around products, reducing the total number of cases needed and boosting overall efficiency.

Ideal for handling multiple SKUs, our wrap-around case packer adapts to various case formats with easy, tool-free changeovers, enhancing efficiency and lowering packaging costs.

Speed: up to 60 products per minute per robot (35 cases per minute)*
