The case former erects and seals flat cardboard blanks into various cases and trays at high speeds, significantly boosting productivity and reducing packaging costs. With numerous configurations, including two types of blank magazines, it can accommodate multiple exit conveyor layouts, box types, and production rates.

Ergonomically designed, the modular and scalable cardboard blank magazine is located at ideal heights to ensure safe operation. Its intuitive controls make it user-friendly, and its easy maintenance reduces costs.

The case former can operate as a standalone unit to complement manual packing operations or can be found within our wrap-around case packer for full automation.

Speed: up to 40 cases per minute*

Container types: 4 corners glued cases, cases with ledge, shelf-ready trays, and stackable trays
