Solimar fluidizers ensure a smooth and continuous flow of powders, addressing the common problem of powders failing to flow efficiently in hoppers and chutes due to dissipated air.

Unlike traditional vibration methods that can lead to noise and construction fatigue, these fluidizers reintroduce air into the material to create a fluidized environment for the powders.

Strategically placed, they direct air along the inner hopper wall, eliminating issues such as bridging, rat holing, and blockages caused by compacted powders.

The fluidizers can be installed in chutes and small hoppers. For larger silos, the SonoPulse fluidizing system may be a suitable option.
