Dome valve
Available in
Asia, Canada & USA, Latin America and OceaniaDome valves are globally installed in over 10,000 locations, serving various industries. These valves are known for their straightforward design and minimal maintenance needs.
The dome valve operates on compressed air, ensuring a pressure-tight seal and offering high performance even in challenging environments, such as abrasive, hazardous, or toxic conditions.
With the ability to withstand over one million maintenance-free cycles, this fast-closing cut-off valve utilizes a unique inflatable sealing mechanism to create a secure seal against the dome surface when closed.
Our dome valves boast a unique assembly that allows unrestricted material flow with just a quarter turn. This seamless transition from fully closed to fully open positions ensures no obstructions in the material flow path.
These valves are adaptable to a wide range of needs, accommodating fine abrasive powders to cohesive materials. Alternative materials and designs are also available upon request, typically constructed from cast iron, S G iron, or stainless steel.
Versatile and efficient, our dome valves can handle various materials, including cement, fly ash, slag, magnesium oxide, lime, concentrates, gypsum, plaster, and mineral sands. They are designed to effectively manage fine powders, grain materials, and hard abrasive products, featuring both moving and static column cut-off mechanisms.
