The BBU Series of Bulk Bag Unloaders are available in various standard models and can be customized to meet specific requirements. The units are designed to handle all bulk bags containing dry granular, flaked, or powder materials and include discharge hoppers.

This model includes a bag discharge hopper with a door to provide safe access to reach in and untie the bag outlet spout.

This model includes a bag discharge hopper with cutting knives to pierce and cut the base of the bag open, allowing the material to discharge quickly and effectively without operator intervention.

Our bulk bag unloaders promote material flow using vibration and a distinctive hopper design that eliminates blockages caused by bridging and rat holes within the bag. A dust suppression membrane and a connection to a dust extraction system manage the risk of dust escape. 

Bulk bags can be loaded with a hoist or a forklift. All systems are designed to keep the operator safe by supporting the bulk bag from top to bottom and using certified lifting devices.
