IP Series electronic weight controller

Offers high accuracy, with a range of +/- 1 to 2 ounces (28 to 56 grams)
Controlled by a single HMI that manages the scale(s), packer(s), sealer(s), and applicator with state-of-the-art controls and communications
Product changeovers are made easy through a simple menu selection
The dashboard-style display with indicators provides real-time information to operations, maintenance, and management personnel
Automated machine adjustments eliminate the need for an operator to enter the packaging cell
Features Ethernet communication to the HMI and to manager’s desktop
Integrates up to 4 packers in a single touchscreen control
Can hold up to 100 recipes

NXT Series electronic weight controller

Offers accuracy within a range of +/- 3 to 4 ounces (85 to 113 grams)
Available with the vacuum packer and as an optional feature for the Model 725 Air Packer
Features a 24VDC input/output control scheme for improved reliability and efficiency
Equipped with a checkweigh and feedback system to automatically track product density shifts
Offers up to 100 bag recipes

Mechanical Scale Beam

Offers accuracy within a range of +/- 6 to 8 ounces (170 to 225 grams)
Available on all pneumatic logic-controlled Model 770, 787, 800, 801, and 987 Packers
