• Our CRM service provider being hosted in the United States, we entered into a Data Processing Agreement (art. 28 GDPR) that includes EU-Standard Contractual Clauses as legal instrument for the transfer of European data to USA.

The data that we collect will not be shared with external third parties, although it may be shared internally among the different Premier Tech entities within the group strictly for internal business purposes (and not marketing purposes).
